Attorney Profile - Nicole Kinsey White

Nicole is dedicated, knowledgeable, and experienced, and she takes an educational approach when working with her clients to ensure they fully understand why and how they should take action. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions you may have. As a result, she has a better understanding of your situation and can respond with practical and sensible solutions. Nicole is devoted to helping consumers with customized legal and financial guidance, and she is devoted to creating estate plans that safeguard consumers and their assets and families.

Her clients include young families with minor children, families with special needs children of all ages, single-parent families, and individuals.

Her services, including the Child Protection Plan, Client Care Program, consumer E-Alerts, and monthly newsletters, truly enhance her practice and allow her to take a comprehensive approach to providing legal services in estate planning and consumer rights.

Nicole attended the George Washington University Law School, and she has obtained advanced training in various aspects of estate planning and consumer law. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Virginia and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Johns Hopkins University.

Nicole speaks to public and private groups, as well as attorneys, accountants, and other finance professionals. She derives great satisfaction in giving back to her community, primarily by providing education and guidance in her areas of expertise.

Nicole is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, the District of Columbia Bar, the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the Maryland Consumer Rights Coalition.

Nicole is a licensed attorney in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
