In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Virginia and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Johns Hopkins University.

Nicole speaks to public and private groups, as well as attorneys, accountants, and other finance professionals. She derives great satisfaction in giving back to her community, primarily by providing education and guidance in her areas of expertise.
